  • Unlimited email support

Initial 60 minute assessment + SIX 45 minute follow-ups - $870

Good for:

  • Several health goals or complex health conditions

  • Even longer-term support and accountability

  • Ongoing support for binge eating and emotional eating

  • In-depth dive into intuitive eating principles

What you will get:

  • Personalized nutrition plan

  • Unlimited email support

  • Will continue to receive monthly check-ins and resources for 3 months after completion of booked sessions
